Life Before Entering the Accounting Profession

Tamara’s journey into accounting didn’t begin in finance—it began in service. With a background in nonprofit leadership, she spent years walking alongside individuals and communities, helping them build something meaningful. Over time, she saw a common challenge: passionate leaders often lacked the financial systems and support they needed to sustain and grow their work. That realization led her into accounting.

Shifting to Finance

In 2016, Tamara transitioned into the financial field to better serve entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders. She earned her CPA license in 2019 and has been dedicated ever since to helping small business owners feel more confident and in control of their finances.

Establishing Her Consulting Company and Accounting Service Firms

Her work goes beyond numbers. Tamara helps clients build strong foundations, stay organized, and truly understand their financial picture. Again and again, she saw that what business owners needed most wasn’t just compliance—it was clarity, guidance, and someone they could trust.
